BRT modular platform system is a new RPT platform construction scheme proposed by Bai Zhu of our company, which integrates the concept of modular product generation and efficient on-site installation. The system is mainly composed of platform modular base, movable platform door, modular Series platform ceiling and multi macro of sub assembly integration station. For this system, the company currently has a mature technical foundation. The product design scheme has successfully broken the problems of the existing BRT platform system, such as long on-site construction cycle and great influence of construction roads. It is an effective new BRT platform system design scheme and product.

Scope of use:

BRT modular platform system is mainly applied to the newly-built BRT system in the city, providing it with a complete and efficient station system and relevant auxiliary structures and parts. The modular base, modular ceiling, movable platform door and integrated station service room covered by it can be independent components to provide high-quality alternative products for the upgrading and transformation of old platforms.

1. Realize the modular production and on-site rapid assembly of BRT platform, break the traditional construction methods such as on-site construction and welding of platform, and greatly shorten the product construction cycle;

2. The modular platform base is made of galvanized steel pipe, wood plastic floor and other materials, which can completely replace the traditional concrete platform base. Based on the on-site strip foundation, the base is installed with blocks, there is no large-scale civil engineering, and the impact of road traffic is small;

3. According to the general size demand of the market, on the basis of ensuring the adjustable length of the platform, the system designs a series of products with multiple widths to meet different applications;

Breaking the traditional integrated structure of platform system, the modularization of platform system is defined as platform base, platform ceiling, platform function room and other auxiliary accessories. 5. The modular platform system is reserved with perfect and convenient water, electricity and communication interfaces and relevant pipelines, which greatly improves the on-site construction efficiency;

6. The integrated station service function room has a good industrial design concept, and integrates the station service room, equipment room and toilet from the perspective of ergonomics. The relevant function rooms are delivered from the factory with one-time finished products, which is convenient for rapid installation on site;

In order to ensure the reliability and safety of the platform system design, the finite element analysis technology is adopted to carry out strength check and stability analysis on the overall structure and key components, so as to ensure that the products have the ability to stably resist snow disaster, wind disaster and other bad working conditions;

8. Anti collision strips are left on both sides of the platform system to minimize platform damage and casualties caused by traffic accidents.
