The current automatic sliding plug door used in train body is electrically controlled pneumatic sliding plug door. As the name suggests, the door is electrically controlled and driven by compressed air. It is a sliding door "plugged into the car body". It is composed of base frame, door leaf, drive, operation, door lock, electric control and other components. The cylinder in the drive component passes through the connecting rod mechanism. There are three locks in the electrically controlled pneumatic sliding plug door: isolation lock, door opening lock (also known as internal operation) and emergency unlocking. The models of trains using electrically controlled pneumatic plug doors are 25K train, 25t train and Lanpi 25g train of Urumqi Railway Bureau.

Operation process

Door opening operation: first open the isolation lock. After the isolation lock is opened, turn the internal operation or external operation. After hearing three beeps, the door will be opened automatically. In the door closing operation, first turn the internal operation. After the door is completely closed and the indicator light is off, lock the isolation lock before leaving the door. When there is no gas or electricity and the vehicle speed exceeds 5km, the door can be opened only by starting the emergency unlocking. Open the isolation lock first, and then screw the emergency unlocking to the unlocking position. After hearing the alarm sound, the door has popped out the latch, and it is OK to open the door manually. However, there is always an alarm sound at this time, unless the emergency lock is reset.

Normal unlocking

The train arrives at the station in advance, stands guard, stops steadily and opens the door.

Normal opening of door - unlock the door first, open the isolation lock (bottom lock) first, and then remove the anti opening chain lock in the order of "bottom to top".

The isolation lock is locked and opened according to the direction indicated by the arrow. Because the doors are opposite, the opening direction of the isolation lock of the left and right doors is opposite.
